Weddings

MBP  requires a 30% deposit and signed contract to reserve the wedding date upon booking.  If the client does not respond back to MBP  by the due date the time slot will be forfeited. Balances are due one week prior to the wedding, please see the contract for details.  Deposits made on wedding services are nonrefundable at any time, MBP reserves the right to retain 50% of the balance owed for cancellations within 30 days of the booking.

Due to Covid 19, MBP will only amend a wedding date one time in where the current dates deposit will roll over to the new date for clients who have been canceled by their venue or government closures impact the original contracted date. MBP makes no guarantee a postponement date is available and in the event, the client does not meet the above requirements the cancellation policy is in force.  In order to secure the amended date a change date fee of $100 will be required along with a signed amendment, the $100 will count toward the balance, and the fee is forfeited if second change date is necessary.  Failure to make the amendment payment will result in a forfeit of the new date in question along with a loss of the initial deposit.  MBP will also update the invoice to reflect the current rate at the time of amendment. We make NO guarantees that the new date can be honored in which we advise you to read the cancellation policy on your contract.

We strive to accommodate a first come first serve philosophy; we are staffed to accommodate more than one party in a single day.  Trials are to be booked a.s.a.p. otherwise a contract must be signed to guarantee the wedding date. A canceled trial without a contract or deposit will be termed to forfeit the reserved wedding date, unless other arrangements have been made, and agreed upon between MBP and the client.

MBP  reserves the right to make changes to rates at any time unless a contract has been signed.  Upon booking with MBP  a contract will be discussed and agreed upon between both parties.  Travel fees are at the discretion of MBP and shall be applied if outside of the coverage area.

MBP will not work with any other makeup artistry companies on the wedding party location.  TMP will not comprise the integrity of our company.

Deposits are nonrefundable for any reason.  Deposits do not transfer to balance in the event a bridal party member cancels.  Please see the cancellation policy on your contract. MBP has the right to make or change cancellation policy as current events unfold due to the covid pandemic.

MBP requires a credit card on file to hold appointments.  MBP requires 48hrs or more in the event of cancellation otherwise a standard $25 cancellation fee will be charged to the CC on file, NO SHOW/Saturday cancellations will be charged a $50 CC fee.
